Terms & Conditions

Rates

The rates are set for twelve months every year from April to March, but are sometimes subject to change without notice. Please always check with our staff.

Bookings

To secure your booking, a deposit of 20% of the total amount must be received within seven days and the full balance is due one month prior to arrival date.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be received in writing.

If your cancellation is received 30 days or more prior to arrival the full deposit will be returned less $100.00 which covers administration costs.

If your cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to arrival than no refund will be returned. If the property is re-let using the same accommodation rate, a full refund less $100.00 will be returned.

Check in and Check out

For your convenience and that of other guests, please note that check in time is 2PM and check out time is 10AM.

Pets

To abide with the local health regulations, no pets are allowed into any holiday rental accommodation.

Cleaning and Linen

Unless otherwise specified, a mid-stay service is included for all bookings from 8 to 14 nights. For bookings of 14 nights or more, a weekly service will be included.

More frequent cleaning or linen change can be arranged for an additional charge.
